Issuance of Water Certificate
The Balangoda Pradeshiya Sabha issues a certificate confirming that there is no objection to the supply of pipe-borne water by the National Water Supply and Drainage Board to houses or locations within the jurisdiction of the Balangoda Pradeshiya Sabha, upon request from the National Water Supply and Drainage Board.

- Completed application form
- Deed or Grama Niladhari certificate confirming residence
2. Fees
A fee of Rs. 500.00 is charged for each certificate issued.
